August 11, 2011So often we get the question of what to wear when if comes to a large group. This lovely family is the PERFECT example! They are matching but not too much… they kept it in the same shades of green and grey, but the cloths themselves are completely different to match the individual. Just perfect!

August 10, 2011This is quickly becoming one of our favorite shoot locations with it gorgeous lush fields, the perfectly situated mountains in the background and lets not forget that old barn. Love it!!

January 28, 2011At first glance these might seem like engagement photos… but you would be wrong! They were just for fun photos taken for Christmas. However, we are happy to report that just 2 weeks later, he popped the question!! Congratulation you two!
Downtown Denver Family Shoot
January 28, 2011All I can say is brrrrrr! This was such a cold day, but despite the weather we had SO much fun! This family was such good sports and such a blast to work with. You’d never guess that it was 20 degrees outside and crazy windy. Love the urban feel from shooting downtown Denver.
Cherry Creek Fall Family Shoot
January 28, 2011This shoot was right after our first snow and (despite no snow on the ground) was a very cold day. With that said this family was so patient and understanding, even with a tiny little newborn. The little girl had a blast running around playing in the leaves while the grandparents chased her through Cherry Creek Park Denver. Such a sweet family…
Estes Park Goodness
January 28, 2011A couple months ago, I had the opportunity to do super fun shoot up in Estes Park with two adorable kiddos, and finally wanted blog a few of my favorites. Surprisingly, Jake and Lexi are not brother and sister, but they certainly could be! They were so cute together, and such great sports about me following them around all morning with the camera. Estes Park Colorado is such a beautiful place for pictures, I just wish it wasn’t so far from Denver or I would shoot there more often!
Birthday present for Mom… (Daddy – Daughter Photo Shoot)
September 23, 2010Bill and Madeleine were an absolute joy to work with! Bill recently contacted me to do some pictures of him and his daughter as a surprise for his wife’s birthday. We started the photo shoot outside, and I drug some vintage furniture along with a few other items, and it was a perfect setting for some great shots! In between being silly, some uncontrollable laughing, and some impressive acrobatics (Madeleine is a cheerleader at her school) I got some great candid shots, which are always my favorite! We did the second half of the shoot in my studio, where I also got some great pics of just Madeleine by herself. She is such a sweetheart (and so polite!)…what every parent would hope a teenage girl would be like. The pictures turned out gorgeous, and his wife LOVED her surprise! Bill gave me a call afterwards and said that they are already looking forward to their next shoot (sometime before Christmas) with the entire family. :)
